The Innovator Edge is operated by Eltham Trust (legal operator).

We use magic-link authentication — no passwords to remember, but also no password recovery. Keep access to your email secure.

Some of our Services (such as Fleur-ish) offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

Billing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. You authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us

No refunds for partial billing periods (except where required by law)

Fees are subject to change with notice (changes apply at next renewal)

60-Day Trial

Where offered, trial periods begin at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable fee.

3) SMS/Text Messaging

Some Services may offer SMS features for operational purposes (for example, driver notifications or customer updates).

Opt-In

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your use of the Services.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
